  Prepping to run this Monday. figured I'd share my statblocks.
  
  The scenario actually has everything you need to run it in the PDF, but I prefer to have my statblocks standalone so that they fit the page better and I can have the current encounter laid out without flipping back and forth.

  Fixed HP on a couple entries. The back-of-the-book statblocks don't match the mini-statblocks in the text. The latter look correct to me.
